I was pleasantly surprised by the room size - it was larger than stated in the description. The staff were incredibly kind and even had young men who spoke Russian to assist me. They went above and beyond by returning valuables left in the room.

Although the restaurant offered a delicious menu, I would have appreciated a greater variety of dishes.

I had a great stay during Christmas at a hotel downtown. the location was perfect for exploring the city and attending the holiday festivities. the reception staff and manager were all very friendly and accommodating. One of the young men even spoke Russian which was a pleasant surprise. the standard room was larger than expected and had everything we needed. We were able to switch the suite for twin beds and the process was effortless. the hotel ensured our valuables were safe which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in town.

the only minor issue was the wifi connection which was slow at times, but it didn't really affect our experience.
